Laura started Stonecrest Lending in August 2008 in Oakley, California. Her belief in honesty and integrity is what she wants Stonecrest Lending to stand for. Lynda Ortman has been a Loan Officer for 10 years. Her background as a data and crime analyst made a perfect transition into her career into the Lending industry. Her passion for helping others is a big benefit to working with her. She will make sure you understand what to expect and explain anything that you do not understand. Every transaction is personal and she will make it as smooth as possible. She has strong morals and ethics which makes. Stonecrest Lending the perfect fit for her.

A big part of Lynda’s life is volunteering to help others. For the past 5 years she has been a part of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) with the past 2 ½ years as the Reservations Chair. She also has volunteered with Special Olympics as well as currently delivering Meals-On-Wheels to the elderly community in Brentwood and Oakley. Her two children are a big part of her life. So, she volunteers as team mom and participating in the Parents club. She also sponsors her children’s team sports. Lynda is a very special person and will help in any way she can.

Bonnie was born and raised in the bay area and has lived in Brentwood for the past 9 years. Bonnie lives with her husband and 3 sons, ages 14 and 5 year old twins; the whole family stays very busy and is involved with local sports, groups and charities.

Bonnie is incredibly dedicated in all she does. She served as the 2009 Women’s Council of Realtors, Delta Chapter Treasurer and is currently serving as the Hospitality Chair. Bonnie is involved in every aspect of the loan process, from initial application to loan funding. Bonnie believes strongly that clients need to be involved as much as possible and provides her clients with the product knowledge.

Bonnie has many close working relationships with realtors who have work ethics closely matched with her own so that her clients will be well cared for. It’s a team effort from day one. Bonnie works hard to provide her clients with the same respect and integrity she lives by every day.
