a "Loan Agent Referral Program". This program allows anyone currently working
for Stonecrest Lending to obtain a 5% referral fee every time a loan agent that
they referred to Stonecrest Lending closes a loan provided both individuals are
working for Stonecrest Lending. Not only does this allow existing agents to make
more money it allows them to work with people of their same caliber, therefore building
a dynamic team.
